Fit Tip Friday: Will I Ever Lose Weight As a Binge Eater?

Have you ever started a "new diet plan", excited, ready to start and 10 days in you find yourself bingeing & overeating everything you can get your hands on?

Or what about you've just started to see some weight loss after being on your "new plan" for a couple weeks and then you have a "weak" moment, only to find yourself eating the whole pint of ice cream.

In today's Fit Tip Friday, we'll talk truth about weight loss as someone who binge eats. Is it possible?  Can you do both and have success?
