Fit Tip Friday: Weight Loss vs. Fat Loss

Did you know that weight loss and fat loss are 2 different goals?  

Did you know that having a healthy, fit physique is more than just losing pounds?

In today's episode, I am going to share the difference between the two.  For years I didn't realize that I was pursuing the wrong thing for my goals simply because I didn't understand the difference between the two.
