Fit Tip Friday: Calories In vs. Calories Out - Not Just a Simple Equation

Are you tracking your calories you expend working out and with your steps and matching that with how much you are eating daily?  Is this working for sustainable weight loss?

This phrase, calories in vs. calories out, is something I tried to follow for years.  Simply burn more calories than you eat and voila`, you'll lose weight.
