Fit Tip Friday: Best Exercises to Get You Started
Are you overwhelmed by all the exercise programs, challenges, intense workouts that are out there, you simply just end up avoiding it all together?
Would you start something if it was basic, worked with your schedule and you saw results?
In today's episode we'll talk about the best exercises to get you started. They are simple, basic and effective if you consistently show up and do the work.
I am sharing with you the exercises and the protocol to follow:
Squat - Push up - Plank
Do these 2 days per week, 4 weeks.
Week 1: 10 reps of each exercise, 2 rounds, :20 sec plank hold
Week 2: 10 reps of each exercise,3 rounds :25 sec plank hold
Week 3: 12 reps of each exercise, 3 rounds, :30 sec plank hold
Week 4: 10 reps of each exercise, 5 rounds, :35 sec plank hold
