Eating Your Way Through Your Emotions - Part 2

Do you ever feel like everytime you are overcome with an emotion, you immediately run to your comfort....FOOD?

Do you use food to drown your sorrows, make yourself "feel better" or use it to block out the reality of where you are in your life?

This way of living is not one of joy & peace, but one of shame, sadness and pain.

In today's episode, I'll share the last 2 steps, that I hope will encourage you to face your emotions, deal with them and to stop using food to comfort you!
