Eating Your Way Through Your Emotions, Part 1

Do you ever feel like every time you are sad, lonely, afraid, worried, bored or stressed, you immediately head to your faithful friend.....food?  

Has food always been your comfort in times of need?  Do you like to run to food so you don't have to deal with your emotions?

Me too....and sometimes, I still seek food in these times!

In today's episode, part 1, I am going to share 2 of the 4 steps to help you navigate away from going to the food but also facing the reality of your emotions.  I'll give you some practical advice that you can begin today!
