4 Reasons Why Moderation is the Answer to the All or Nothing Diet Mentality

Do you always seem to find your way back to the "all or nothing" approach when it comes to dieting?  

You ate a piece of pizza, so now what's the point?  You can't seem to maintain perfect, so you just throw in the towel and eat whatever you want.
