282. Are you Calorie Counting? Here are the Pros and Cons
Do you still track your calories every day, only to feel exhausted by it all?
Or do you find that tracking them keeps you accountable and feeling in control of your food?
Whichever line you take, it's important to always evaluate if it's a healthy food behavior. If it's taking towards being who you want to be. My prayer for you today as you listen, is that if this is an obsession for you or taking towards more unhealthy behaviors that you find your freedom here.
So let's dive into it today and learn what are the pros and cons to tracking your calories. Is this something that you really need to do?
